Washington, D.C. – MetaPhase Consulting won a five-year $2.5 million Technology Business Management (TBM) implementation services contract with the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at the Department of Education (ED). Technology Business Management (TMB) is a collaborative framework that helps businesses align their IT spending with overall business goals. In 2019, OMB required agencies to begin reporting IT spending in alignment with the Technology Business Management (TBM) Framework. MetaPhase will work to obtain an integrated solution that will support OCIO’s role in implementing a TBM capability using ServiceNow. Understanding ED’s use of technology through TBM is the key to driving efficiencies and streamlining processes. By aggregating financial data, IT data, and consumption data into TBMS, MetaPhase Consulting will provide ED with the ability to achieve several positive business outcomes.
