Washington, DC – Since 2013, MetaPhase Consulting has supported the Client Services (CS) office at the United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID). The team provides IT customer service by acting as the point of entry for all technology inquiries on behalf of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Together, CS and the OCIO support customers by identifying service gaps, translating current technology trends and ensuring solutions are compliant with Federal mandates and Agency policies.
By creating a new Solution Support Team with MetaPhase cross-functional specialists, OCIO will have the ability to transition technology efforts and initiatives to the expertise of Solution Support Specialists, better enabling the CS office to further define success on behalf of OCIO. As part of the SSS contract, MetaPhase will provide business analysis, technology strategy, change management, and implementation support services to support the large and growing number of IT requirements across the Agency.
“With over a decade of USAID experience, our MetaPhase team is uniquely positioned to bring important working relationships, a deep understanding of the agency structure and highly-demanded skills in the requisite tools and technologies that are needed to support the agency successfully,” said Danielle Toole, Director and USAID Program Manager at MetaPhase.
“The goal is to leverage MetaPhase agency experts who will support rapidly advancing OCIO priorities – all while extending the long corporate history of serving as a trusted partner to USAID’s OCIO.”
