MetaPhase Consulting has been awarded a $3.9M contract with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Chief Information Officer to support its Client Services Division.
Client Services supports USAID’s Chief Information Office (CIO) in facilitating the intake of new technology needs from across the enterprise. Internally, USAID’s CIO manages a high volume of technology priorities, mandates and efforts, in part based on rapid technology advancement. Externally, the office is subject to supporting bureaus, independent offices and missions in their efforts to leverage trending technology to support program goals.
The MetaPhase team designed and implemented a process to manage the demand for new technology. A big part of that process is to facilitate the connection of new technology requirements with existing solutions, reduce duplication and maintain a streamlined technology portfolio.
