MPC wins $3.8M Department of Homeland Security Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Program Management Contract

MetaPhase Consulting has been selected for a multi-year $3.8M award by the Department of Homeland Security U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Performance and Quality (OPQ).

MetaPhase will provide program management support and operational performance data analysis to allow for effective workforce planning and delivery of immigration services nationwide. The MetaPhase team will also assist OPQ in designing, developing and implementing a national quality management program as part of a large-scale performance management framework.
