MetaPhase’s Time And Motion Study Will Help USCIS Improve its Business Processes for the SAVE and E-Verify programs

WASHINGTON, D.C. – MetaPhase Consulting announced a new award within the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), a component of the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), to perform a Time and Motion Study of the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) and E-Verify programs. This study will help USCIS as  they seek to capture key data to enable improved federal workforce planning.

“This is a great opportunity for MetaPhase to expand our data analytics work with USCIS,” said Andy Glaser, Vice President of Federal Accounts. “This work will assist USCIS to better predict staffing requirements that match estimated changes in workload for two important programs – SAVE and E-Verify. MetaPhase is excited to expand our support for USCIS and DHS more broadly by playing an important role in these mission critical programs.”
