MetaPhase Consulting Ranked on Washington Business Journal’s Best Places To Work List for the Second Year in a Row

Reston, VA – MetaPhase Consulting, an 8(a) certified IT and management consulting firm, ranked 14 on Washington Business Journal’s Best Places To Work List among large companies, up from the 17th spot last year.  

These results are based upon a survey conducted by Quantum Workplace that dives into the level of employee engagement and happiness at work. Scores from the surveys are tallied and ranked, with the top companies in small, medium, large and extra-large categories.
