Metaphase is helping DOS modernize manual processes and support existing ServiceNow Implementations. For the A Bureau, MetaPhase is developing a public forecasting tool with a ServiceNow ITSM based internal portal. For Global Talent Management, MetaPhase serves as the O&M team for the new HRSD module, supporting multiple products on the new platform.

MetaPhase, along with subcontractor Proven Optics, developed a ServiceNow based operational TBM cost model that uses system of record financials. The model exceeds OMB requirements around TBM and enables ED decision makers to use TBM to inform executive level conversations/decisions.

For the Peace Corps, MetaPhase Consulting implemented SPM, which allowed for enhanced visibility and management of OCIO demands and projects. This work allows Peace Corps to better manage their fiscal year budget request and allocation process by creating a centralized location for all information related to proposed investments.

At GSA, MetaPhase worked to increase efficiencies within the existing SPM module and introduce the Governance, Risk and Compliance Module (GRC) to support their newly created risk council. MetaPhase also helped OCIO launch their budget and financial modernization using the Proven Optics application to create transparencies and efficiencies.

MetaPhase is the enterprise development and support team for the USAID ServiceNow platform – USAID’s go-to Digital Workflow solution, working to maintain and improve current capabilities, while also enhancing use of ServiceNow through management of all technology requests, acting as the front door to USAID’s OCIO.
